Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Ensō Life ships across India. International shipping will be available soon.
What kinds of products does Ensō Life offer?
Ensō Life creates psychology-backed wellness products, including guided mental health tools, affirmation cards, wellness kits, and habit trackers. All products are designed by psychologists to make mental health tools accessible in daily life.
Do you offer digital products?
Yes. We offer downloadable journals, reflection worksheets, and self-help tools that you can access instantly after purchase. (Work in progress.)
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you entered an incorrect address or wish to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it at hello@ensolife.in. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible and a new order may need to be placed.
What is your return or replacement policy?
We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, if the product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product or order, we'll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Proof (in-form of images/videos) is mandatory.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notify us within 24 hours, we can update your address before dispatch. After that, the order will be shipped as entered, and a new purchase may be required.
THERAPY SERVICES
What kind of therapy do you offer?
We provide online therapy sessions and support groups led by psychologists. Our approach integrates health psychology, clinical psychology, and child psychology to address real-life challenges such as anxiety, grief, stress, self-esteem, caregiving, and parenting.
Are sessions conducted online or in person?
All sessions are currently conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet for accessibility and flexibility.
How long is each session?
Each therapy session is typically 50–60 minutes long.
Who are the psychologists at Ensō Life?
Ensō Life was founded by Eeshvari Morey (Health Psychologist) and Siddhi Bothara (Child Psychologist). Both are trained in India and at King's College London, combining expertise across health, clinical, and developmental psychology.
Are my sessions confidential?
Absolutely. All sessions are strictly confidential and conducted in line with professional ethical guidelines.
