• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Pricing, availability, and description are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (or configured gateways).
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• In case of failed or disputed payments, we may withhold or cancel orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped across India.

We do not offer refunds. Replacements are provided only if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The order was dispatched to an incorrect address due to Ensō Life's error

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at hello@ensolife.in within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we won't be able to modify the address and the order will be considered confirmed. If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect details provided by the customer, a new order will need to be placed.

To request a replacement for damaged or defective items, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos, trademarks, text, images on this site are owned by Ensō Life or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that using our products will achieve specific outcomes (e.g. mental health improvement).
• They are tools for self-reflection, not substitutes for professional therapy or medical care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ensō Life shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our products / site.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ensō Life, its employees, affiliates, partners, from any claims, losses, liabilities arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City / State].
